Betty Ann Barton Dotson Funeral services for Betty Ann Barton Dotson will be Monday April 4, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home in Glasgow with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Ms. Dotson died Friday April 1, 2005 at her home after a valiant and inspirational battle with cancer. She was 67. The Barren County native was born on April 19, 1937. She graduated Glasgow High School in 1955 and attended Christian College in Columbia, Missouri. She was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Donna Dotson of Glasgow; two sons, John Dotson of Louisville, KY and Robert Dotson of Dallas, TX; two grand-daughters Emily and Katherine Dotson of Louisville; her father Cecil Barton; one nephew Wade Barton and his wife Terri all of Glasgow and a daughter-in-heart Maryanne Honeycutt of Louisville. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Barton and a brother, Wayne Barton and his wife Ruth. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Sunday April 3, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Betty Ann Dotson and Frances Barton Endowment at the Barren County Public Library.
