Evelyn Lyons

Evelyn M. Lyons, 86, of Bon Ayr passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at her son's residence in Cave City. She was the daughter of the late Sydney and Mary E. Murray and wife of the late Clyde W. Lyons. Mrs. Lyons was a legal secretary for over 50 years for local attorneys and most recently the firm of Richardson, Gardner and Alexander. She was a member of Restoration Church in Glasgow. Survivors include a son Phillip Lyons (Nancy) of Cave City; Four grandchildren, Angie Gaines (Gary) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lisa Peranton (Rick) of Portland, OR, Kimberly Lyons of Bowling Green and Jamie Lyons (Jessica) of Hickory, NC; four great-grandchildren Kara Wilcoxson, Lauren and Nick Gaines and Mackenzie Lyons; three step-grandchildren Randy Matthews (Kim), Rene Matthews and Ryan Matthews (fianc
