Jocie Pearl Jackson 83 of Glasgow, Kentucky died Thursday July 7, 2005 at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Jim and Clarres Bennett Garrett and was the wife of the late Alfred 'Jack' Jackson. Mrs. Jackson was a former employee of Kentucky Pants Co., Handmacher and the Howard Clinic Hospital and also was a home care provider. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters: Ruby Holt Jolly and husband Leonard, Virginia Holt (Everett) Ousley and LaVerta Holt Garrett and husband Wayne all of Glasgow; a son in law Albert Marcum of Glasgow; 1 brother Cecil Garrett and wife Patty of Pensacola, FL; a sister in law Cleadus Metsger of Indiana; 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Sartin Marcum, a grandson Donnie Joe Jolly, a sister Frances Priest and 5 brothers James, Herman, Bill, Earnest and Ben Garrett. Funeral services will be 3:00pm Sunday July 10, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 7pm on Friday and after 8am Saturday and Sunday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
