Julia Mattingly

Julia Mattingly 71 of Glasgow, died Friday, August 28, 2009 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. Born in Barren County she was the daughter of the late John Henry and Pauline Hargrove Mattingly. Miss Mattingly was a secretary for Mayor Luska Twyman and nutrician supervisor for T. J. Samson Community Hospital and member of the First Baptist Church in Glasgow. Survivors include 3 nephews Bobby (Veronica) Mattingly of Lexington, Trevino Mattingly of Lexington and Timmy (LaDonna) Mattingly of Louisville; 2 nieces Shanika Mattingly and Paula Ann Mattingly both of Lexington, 7 great nieces and great nephews Sheafen, Destiny and Cameron Mattingly, Trevion Mattingly, Kareon Mattingly, Jon' Tay and Shaniyah Mattingly; sister-in-law Charlotte Mattingly of Lexington and a cousin Carl Howard Martin of Glasgow. Funeral services for Miss Mattingly will be held 2PM Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Barlow Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11AM until time for services at the funeral home.
