Leroy Bailey

Leroy Bailey 66 of Glasgow died Saturday, March 19, 2005 at his residence. Born in Glasgow, KY he was the son of the late Ralph Bailey & L.D. Stone Bailey. Mr. Bailey was a member of the Old Zion Methodist Church, a former board member & Volunteer Fireman for the South Barren Volunteer Fire Department, a U.S. Navy Veteran and was retired from Sunbeam Bread company. Survivors include his wife Sandra Simmons Bailey of Glasgow; 1 son Brad Bailey of Glasgow; a granddaughter Megan Bailey of Glasgow; a brother Travis Bailey & wife Evelyn of Park City, KY; a sister Barbara Bailey of Bowling Green, KY; a nephew Joe Bailey of Park City, KY and a niece Myra Harrison of Edmonton, KY. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a granddaughter Molly Bailey. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Old Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Monday at the funeral home.
