Nina Thomas

Nina Harrison Thomas 86 of Austin, Kentucky died Tuesday May 10, 2005 at the Medical Center at Scottsville, Kentucky. Mrs. Thomas was born in Austin, Kentucky the daughter of the late Robert Harrison Jr. and Helen C. Whitney Harrison. Her husband was Guy W. Thomas who preceded her in death in 1998. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mount Olivet Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Guy Thomas, Jr. and wife Sandra of Glasgow; a daughter Nina Ruth Shirley and husband Jerry of Scottsville; 2 sisters Marjorie Helm of Austin and Nora Edwards of Russellville; 4 grandchildren Mark Robert Thomas and wife Kimra, Susan Beth Dickson and husband Kent, Darren Thomas Shirley and wife Robin and Jerry Brian Shirley and wife Melanie; 3 great grandchildren Brittany Rae Shirley, Brianna Michelle Shirley and Marlie Coe Shirley and several nieces. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday May 13, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 AM on Thursday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and Cemetery, c/o H.
