Roger Dale Tibbs 67 of the Red Cross community of Barren County died Sunday, January 23rd at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Jefferson County the son of the late George Washington Tibbs and Pearlie Houchens Tibbs Rasner. He was retired from the Kentucky Pants Co. and was a corporal in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Charlotte Britt Tibbs; 3 sons Roger
