Vera Nell 'Tooker' Price 67 of Glasgow died Tuesday June 14, 2005 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Born in Monroe County the daughter of the late Loy Payne and the late Velma Mae Button Burgess and wife to the late Hardin R. Price. She was a retired truck driver for Manning Motors and was in the Foster Grandparent program for the Glasgow - Barren County Pre-School System. Mrs. Price was a member of the Dover Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 daughters Clara Dunbar Kettle and husband Joe Kettle of Glasgow; 3 sons Hardin Price and wife Paula of Jeffersonville, IN, Paul Price and wifeTina of Louisville, KY and Joe Price and wife Chrissy Price of Memphis, IN; 8 grandchildren Rachel Dunbar of Glasgow, Jackie Devore of Jeffersonville, IN, Paul Price of Memphis, IN, Brittany Price of Louisville, KY, Jessica Price of Clarksville, IN and Ashley and Alissa Price of Memphis, IN; 4 Great Grandchildren; 1 sister Rachel Rhodes and husband Charles Sr. of Greenville, IN; 1 niece Diane Burk and husband Kevin of Jeffersonville, IN; 1 nephew Charles Rhodes Jr. and wife Burt of Louisville, KY; 1 uncle James Button and wife Emogene of Glasgow. 1 sister in law Ruby Price of Bardstown, KY. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by 2 sisters and her grandparents Jim & Lillia Mayo Button. A memorial service will be held 2:30 PM Sunday June 19, 2005 at the Bethlehem Masonic Lodge in Monroe County. Mrs. Price was cremated and there will be no public visitation.
