Amanda Jill Browning

Amanda Jill Browning, born on February 23, 1983, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026, in Glasgow, Kentucky. Her family takes great comfort in knowing that she is now in God's loving care.

She cherished her faith in Jesus and held her family close to her heart throughout her life. One of the joys she found was spending time with her friends at Just Family Adult Day Care, where she shared laughter, warmth, and companionship. Amanda loved to write and hold the hands of her friends and family. Amanda also enjoyed traveling and going on vacations with her family. 

Amanda’s presence will be deeply missed by her loving mother, Jan Browning; her paternal grandmother, Betty Browning; and aunts Joyce Hudson (Jim), Judy Hatcher, and Lou Hancock (Mike). She was also surrounded by the care and support of uncles Dale Cherry (Vickie) and Doyle Cherry, as well as several cousins who brought joy to her days. Moreover, Amanda’s special caregivers, Penny Edwards and Betty Hurt, along with the dedicated staff at Just Family Adult Day Care, were an important part of her life and comfort.

She is mourned by many, remembering fondly the love she gave and received. Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Jeff Browning, maternal grandparents Pa Sammy Cherry and Granny Estelle Cherry, her paternal grandfather Poppie Earl Browning, and her uncles Duel, Dennis, Don, and David Cherry.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, March 30th, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Neals Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Sunday, and Monday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.
