Barbara Ann Smith

Barbara Ann Mayo Smith, age 86, of Glasgow, passed away, Friday, February 7, 2025, at Signature Health Care in Glasgow. She was born in Etoile, Kentucky on September 22, 1938, to the late Rossel Mayo and the late Verda Anderson Mayo.

She is survived by her children, Robbie L. Cudnik (Bill) of Indiana, Kim G. Cox (Eldon) of Indiana, Leonard Frankie Houchens (Paula) of Arizona, David L. Houchens (Wendy) of Glasgow; step-son, Kenneth Smith of Hopkinsville; step-daughter, Cindy Deckard (Billy) of Glasgow, sisters- in- law, Shirley Crews (Gary) of Glasgow, Mary Houchens McPeak of Glasgow, Diana Smith York (Larry) of Glasgow, and Ila Vay France of Indiana; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth C. Smith.

The family has honored Barbara’s wishes with cremation. There will be a private grave side service.
