Caroline Joan "Connie" Hunt, age 87, of Glasgow, KY, died February 8, 2022, at the Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green. She was born in Ferrady, Louisiana. She was the eldest daughter of the late Joe and Janey Shedelbower. Caroline and her late husband, Morris, came to Glasgow in 1958. She owned and operated Hunt's Garage Sale & Hunt's Antiques. She was the first to open and operate a successful consignment shop in Glasgow. Caroline was a member of Saint Helen Catholic Church in Glasgow. Survivors include her children, Dana Timm of Joplin, MO, Christy White (Greg) of Biloxi, MS, Bruce Hunt (Melanie) of Alta Mont, TN, Alex Hunt of Glasgow, KY, Kathy Gregg (Jim) of Jacksonville, FL, Robin Combs of Glasgow, KY, John Hunt of Glasgow, KY, and Daniel Hunt (Frank) of Oklahoma City, OK; one brother, Russell Shedelbower, of Joplin, MO; one sister, Sue Haley of Conroe, TX; special friends, Jacob Fields, Eric Wurzel, Shirley Crews, Robert Glass, Sara Ruth Strange, Lee Bidwell, & Mary Simon; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her late husband, Carl Morris Hunt; son-in-law, Tommy Combs; brother, Joe Shedelbower; sister, Jann Abercrombie; and 2 grandsons, Trevor Crockett & Zackary Gregg. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am Friday, February 11th at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 9:00am until time for the funeral mass. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Hunt.
