Philip Terry Frasier (1945-2025) was born in Glasgow, KY., peacefully passed on July 3rd, 2025, in Clearwater, Florida. A graduate of Glasgow High School, 1963, and later the University of Tennessee, he went on to serve as a full-time member of the Kentucky Air National Guard. After serving eleven years and attaining the rank of Major, he went on to found a successful software business and eventually moved to Clearwater, Florida.

He was a devoted father and steadfast friend. He is survived by his daughter, Bethany Trantina, son Brian Frasier both of Clearwater, FL. and brothers Doug of Glasgow, KY., Charles of Nashville, TN. and Howard Jr. of Clarksville, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Hale Frasier, brother David Frasier, and parents Howard and Evelyn Frasier. In support of Phil’s fondness for his pet dogs, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local humane society in support of local shelter animals. Phil’s first love was flying. The poem, High Flight, by John Magee Jr. is a poem that Phil said expressed this love.
