Clifton Dodson

Clifton Wayne Dodson 56 of Glasgow, died Wednesday September 11, 2008 at the U of K Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He was born in Glasgow the son of the late Jessie J. and Edna Wilson Dodson. Mr. Dodson was a painter, employed by Smith Painting and attended the Glasgow Faith Church. He is survived by 1 son James DeWayne Dodson and wife Lindsey of Glasgow; 1 grandson J. D. Dodson; 3 sisters Donna Ballard (JR.) of Glasgow, Lucille Page of Horse Cave and Brenda Gott of Smiths Grove; his former wife Donnie Dodson and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters Bertha England and Juanita Smith, a brother James N. Dodson and a nephew Woodrow B. Smith. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
