David Waller

David H. Waller 61 of Smiths Grove, KY died Friday at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville. He was born in Barren County the son of the late James David Waller and Ruth Katherine Alexander Waller who survives. He was employed by the Eaton Corp. and was retired from Dana Corp. Mr. Waller was a member of Hays Lodge #517 F&AM and was a member of the Smiths Grove United Methodist Church. His survived by his wife Judy Grinstead Waller; his mother Ruth Katherine Waller of Glasgow; 1 son John Waller (Rosie) of Glasgow; 1 daughter Lacey Butcher (Aaron) of Nashville, TN and 3 grandchildren Kristina, Samatha and Victoria Waller. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a daughter Jaclyn Renea Waller. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday July 14, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Old Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00pm Sunday at the funeral home. A masonic service is planned for Sunday evening and the public is welcome to attend.
