Debra Outler 50 of Etoile, KY died Sunday, July 27, 2014 at her residence. Born in Long Beach, CA she was a material handler at R R Donnelley & Sons and member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband Ranzy Outler; 1 daughter Michelle Bailey Pennington and husband Harvey of Glasgow; 1 son Paul Bailey of Glasgow: 1 step-daughter Justina Outler of Glasgow: Father and step mother Charles & Sherry Johnson of Glasgow; Mother Karen Shirk Kennedy of AZ; Father and mother in law Joseph and Edna Lee of Ft Myers, FL; Ranzy's father Ezra Wayne Outler of Sandersonville, Ga: 2 sisters Dena Hagan and husband Chris of Glasgow; Stacy Cox and husband Jonathan of Glasgow; 1 brother Robert Kennedy of AZ. Mrs. Outler was preceded in death by her step-father Ron Kennedy. Mrs. Outler chose cremation and a memorial service will be held 11:00am Saturday August 2, 2014 at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
