In Loving Memory of Dennis Darrell Bragg
7/24/58 - 7/05/25
Dennis Bragg, a beloved husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with health challenges. He was a man of quiet strength, deep love, and unwavering resilience, a rock to those who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Joyce Bragg, a brother Bobby Bragg, two daughter-in-laws, Jeanna Humphrey and Alicia Cook.
A true cowboy at heart, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life: a good western on the TV, a fishing rod in his hand, and the great outdoors all around him. Whether it was the calm of the water or the rustle of wind through the trees, nature was his sanctuary.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn, his three sons, Darrell, Joey, and John, his daughter, Paula, six grandchildren, Alanis, Adrion, Alyssia, Alyson, Anastasia and Alexandria and four great-grandchildren, Jusana, Justin, Opal, Tiger Lily, and sisters Lottie and Lydia, each one a testament to the life and legacy he built with love, discipline, and quiet sacrifice. He led by example, rarely asking for help, always giving his best, and showing love not just through words, but through steadfast presence and unshakeable loyalty.
Though he is no longer with us, the values he lived by strength, independence, and deep love for family, will echo through generations. He lived a full life, rich in laughter, love, and purpose. His shoes may be still now, but his spirit lives on.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 9th, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial at Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday morning, until time for the service at the funeral home.
