Diane B. Quinn, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026, at the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home in Glasgow, Kentucky. Born on July 11, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan, Diane lived a life rich with love, faith, and dedication to her family and friends.

Diane was the loving wife of Ben T. Quinn Sr., with whom she was married for 64 wonderful years. Together, they built a family rooted in love and mutual respect. She was a devoted mother to her son, Ben T. Quinn Jr. (Kim), and daughter, Rhandi Q. Gallegos (Eric). Diane delighted in her role as Nana, embracing her six grandchildren, Ashley Rees, Abby Quinn, Taylor Gallegos, Noah Gallegos, Carter Gallegos, and Cole Gallegos, with endless affection and pride. She enjoyed the many trips taken with the grandchildren to experience God’s creation and see the wonder and joy through their eyes.

Family was central to Diane’s life, and she was fortunate to share enduring bonds with her siblings: Deane Blazie (Marty), Joe Blazie (Helen), and Candy Anglin (Bob), and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Blazie, and her mother, Wanda Kliss.

Diane’s passions were many and reflected her warm and engaging spirit. She had a great love for travel, particularly enjoying time spent at the family’s house in Hilton Head Island. Her home was a place of comfort and joy, where she shared her love for cooking with family and friends. An avid reader, Diane found pleasure and inspiration within the pages of countless books.

Her sense of community and fellowship was evident through her active involvement at Glasgow Baptist Church. She cherished her Sunday School class and all church activities, where she formed close friendships and nurtured her faith. Diane also took great joy in the camaraderie of her various ladies’ groups, relishing their times together, especially when playing cards, a pastime she adored. Shopping was another interest that brought her happiness.

Diane’s companionship extended to her beloved dog, Kodi, who was a constant and dear presence in her life.

Throughout her life, Diane B. Quinn exemplified kindness, warmth, and unwavering devotion to those around her. Her legacy is one of love, faith, and joyful engagement in life’s simple and profound moments. She will be deeply missed yet fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
