Donald "Dude" R. Wilkerson, age 79, of Glasgow, died Sunday, April 16, 2023 at his residence. He was the son of the late Finis and Lou Birdia (Carver) Wilkerson of Austin Tracy community. He was a member of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. A graduate of Austin Tracy High School, class of 1962. He served in the National Guard for six years and retired from Tyson/SKF Industries after 39 years. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Wanda Wilkerson; two children, Donna Groce (Randy) of Glasgow and Jeff Wilkerson of Bowling Green; grandchildren, Brittany Perry (Justin) of Bowling Green, Chase Read (Kandice) of Bowling Green, Megan Wilkerson of Bowling Green, Madeline Monhollen of Scottsville; step grandchildren, Jacob Groce (Brittany), Luke Groce of Glasgow; great-grandchildren, Carver, Parks, Steller, Asher, Averlie, and Landon; step children, Steve Riddle, Lisa Fink (John), and Darrin Riddle (Dana); one brother, Orville Wilkerson (Joyce); three sisters, Lou Jean Jewell, Evelyn Billingsley (Ray), Jan Groce (Bobby); sisters in law, Sandy Wilkerson and Maggie Wilkerson; four step grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Hugh, Clifton, and Mike Wilkerson; sister, Sandra Wilkerson; brother-in-law, Harry Jewell; sister in law, Betty Wilkerson; nephew, Daryl Wilkerson; niece Kelly Wilkerson. A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 19th at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, and Wednesday morning until 12:30 PM. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Wilkerson.
