Ella Pierce

Ella Mae Pierce 96 of Glasgow died Saturday November 6, 2004 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Clinton County the daughter of the late Andrew & Mary Elizabeth McClellan and the wife of the late Hershel Pierce. Mrs. Pierce was a Homemaker and a member of the Glasgow United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include 4 sons; Herbert Pierce and wife Ruth of Burkesville, KY; Charlie Norman Pierce of Nashville, TN; Lonnie Pierce and wife Sarah of Anderson, IN; and Shannon Pierce and wife Brenda of Glasgow, Ky; 5 daughters Edith Froman of Daleville, IN; Maxine Mitchell of Anderson, IN; Gladys Radford Brewer and husband Norm of Anderson, IN; Uldene Scott and husband Berchie of Anderson, IN and Doris Brunner and husband Jack of Ingalls, IN; 25 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, 4 brothers and 2 grandsons. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday November 8, 2004 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the White Hill Church Cemetery in Cumberland County. Visitation will be after 1:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
