Freda Pharris, 80, of Spring Lick, passed away Tuesday, January 7th, 2013 at the Spring View Health & Rehab in Leitchfield. She was born on March 7th, 1933 in Rockport, KY, the daughter of the late Elza and Lennie (Brown) Embry. Freda was a sewing machine operator for more than 30 years and retired from Kane & Phar Shar. She was a founding member of the New Harvest Baptist Church. Freda was also the Activity Director of the Senior Citizen Center in Leitchfield. Freda is survived by her devoted companion, Damon Clark of Leitchfield; 3 sons, Gary
