Geoffrey Geary

Geoffrey Geary, 77, of Caneyville, passed away Wednesday, September 17th, 2014 at Twin Lakes Medical Center after a brief illness.He was born on January 30th, 1937 in Big Ready, the son of the late Lonnie and Mallie (Woosley) Geary. Geoffrey was a native of Bulter County. He is survived by his caregivers, Amos and Eulma Gary, whom are also his uncle and aunt, of Caneyville. Geoffrey is also survived by several cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Lonnie Geary; his mother, Mallie Eskridge and one sister, Doris Jean Vaughn.Funeral services will be Saturday, September 20th at 1:00 pm at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro Mickey Coates will be officiating. Burial will be in the Layman Memorial Cemetery.Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Friday after 1:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until time of service.
