Dr. Ian Patrick Nunnally, age 46 of Leitchfield, passed away Friday, February 24th 2017 at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. He was born October 28th 1970 in Fairfield, California, the son of Huey & Veronica Bennett Nunnally. He was a surgeon at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center and a Lt. Colonel in the Army Reserves. He is survived by his wife, Andrea Nunnally, three children, Gabriel, Isabelle, & Jessica Nunnally, his parents, Huey & Veronica Nunnally, one sister, Sherie Nunnally, niece, Scarlett Durbin, several aunts,
