Joan Marie Thomas

Joan Marie Thomas passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 57. Born on December 16, 1968, Joan’s life was marked by love, resilience, and an unwavering devotion to those closest to her.

Joan was the beloved daughter of the late Harry Perdue and Suella Jackson Perdue, both of whom preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Perdue. 

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Autumn Chapman, who brought immense pride and joy to Joan’s life. She maintained a close and caring relationship with her cousins, Bruce Wilson (Patty) and Timmy Wilson (Lisa), who remain among her surviving relatives. 

Throughout her life, Joan nurtured countless relationships and touched the lives of many with her kindness. Her gentle presence and warmth will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.

Funeral services will be at 2:00P.M., Tuesday, August 25th at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00A.M, Tuesday, until time for services at the funeral home.
