Judy Ann Settles 49 of Glasgow, KY died Sunday Oct. 31, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Johnny and Deila Blankenship Dixon and wife of the late Richard 'Dick' Settles. Mrs. Settles was a homemaker and was a Baptist by faith. She is survived by a sister Sarah Frances Jewell of Lucas, KY and her friend and caregiver Bob Chapman of Glasgow. Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Settles Family Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
