Katherine Lucille Ousley, 52, of Glasgow, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at her mother’s residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Allen County, on February 24, 1973, to the late Roger Dale Cockrill and Mary (Huffine) Conroy.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Mary Ousley (Kelsea Hartlen), Sierra Ousley, Emily Ousley; grandchildren, Hannah Trahan, Kathryn Hartlen, Zeppelin Ousley; family pet, London.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Greg Ousley; brother, Roger Dewayne Cockrill; family pet, Chloe.
The family has honored Katherine’s wishes with cremation under the direction of A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home
