Lee Ann Kirn, born on May 2, 1940, in Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away on June 4, 2026, in Glasgow. Throughout her 86 years, Lee Ann graced those around her with warmth, humor, and an extraordinary talent for cooking, creating memories that will be cherished by all who knew her.

In her early years, Lee Ann worked as a switchboard operator in Alaska. As time moved forward, she embraced the important role of homemaker, pouring love and care into the hearts of her family. Known for her incredible baking skills, Lee Ann had a special gift for making holidays feel truly magical.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters Medina Green, Angela (Chris) Springer, and Stacy Kirn-Barker (Brian); her grandchildren Chase Christie, Miranda Miller, and Sydney Springer; her sister-in-law Elsie Gass; and her special niece Tyra (Larry) Coffman, along with several nieces and nephews who held her dearly. Her dearest friends, Fran Bidwell and June Eiland, shared in the joys of her life and will deeply miss her companionship.

Lee Ann was preceded in death by her parents, William Frank Gass and Lissia Pearl Dugard; her devoted spouse, William Joseph Kirn; her son, Gregory Allen Kirn; her brothers Jerry Wayne Gass, Edward Gass, and PG Gass; and her sisters Marjorie Shaw, Brenda Kay Judd, Barbara Dugard, Carolyn Anderson, and Edna Breittenfield.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 11th at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M., Thursday until time for services at the funeral home.
