Lloyd Adams

Lloyd Adams 68 of Glasgow died Thursday, February 6, 2014 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Lloyd was a self-employed electrician and refrigeration technician and for 20 years was an employee of Houchens Industries. He loved to play golf and as a teenager he had worked at the Glasgow Golf and Country Club in the pro shop. Lloyd was a member of the Peters Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Linda Jewell Adams; 2 sons Timmy Adams (Shana) and Terry Adams (Erica) both of Glasgow; a daughter Tammy Williams (Eric) of Glasgow; 5 grandchildren Tyler (Holly) Adams, Todd Adams, Haley Williams, Holly Williams and Katie Adams; 3 great-grandchildren Braylin, Maddie and Tanner Adams; 2 step-grandchildren Kenzie and Macy Garrett; his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Stanley Russell Jewell (Mary Ethel), Vicki Lile and Sherry Elmore and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Stanley and Margaret Jewell. Funeral services will be 11am Monday, February 10th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4pm Saturday at the funeral home.
