Louise Hill

Louise Hill, of Magnolia, KY, passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 92. She was born in Caribou, Maine, to Beryl and Lewis Sawyer. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Paul and William, and her oldest son, Earl. She is Survived by her sisters, Lillian Dennison, and Anne Fortin; sons, James (Evie) Hill, Larry Hill; daughter, Fran (Bill) Dowell; grandchildren, Earl, Linden, Emily, Jessie, Casey, Dalton, Nathan; great grandchildren, Amelia and William, as well as many well-loved nieces and nephews. Louise was an avid bird watcher, gardener, and fossil hunter. She loved reading and traveling. She especially enjoyed her years spent in Hawaii, and after more travels, she settled in Kentucky to help raise several grandchildren. The family will be celebrating Louise's life and legacy in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memoriam can be made to the Audubon Society.
