Norman Jr. Duncan, 58, of Falls of Rough, KY passed away Saturday February 25, 2012 after a lengthy battle with heart disease. Norman was a heavy equipment operator and mechanic. He was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church as well as Stephens Breeders Association. Norman was an avid coon hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Ernestine
