Ottie A. Garrett, 83, of Haywood/Glasgow died Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Bowling Green Medical Center after an extended illness. He was the son of the late Millard Filmore Garrett and Birdie Cary Garrett. Ottie was a retired excavator and land developer. For nearly fifteen years he was the owner/operator of Ottie
