Robert Ross

Robert H. 'Bob' Ross 82 of Glasgow died Tuesday March 23, 2010 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Glasgow, the son of the late Joseph Hughes Ross and Mary V. Eubank Ross. Mr. Ross was a retired businessman and the owner of Ross Plumbing and Heating. He was a member of the Sr. Citizens Club and a former member of the Barren River Rod and Gun Club. He is survived by his wife Josie Forbis Ross; two sons, Robert Taylor 'Puff' Ross of Commerce, GA and Joe David Ross of Glasgow; six grandchildren, Wendy Lane (Daniel) Tatum, Elizabeth Jean (Michael) Heath, Rebecca Ann Ross, Joseph Taylor Ross, Michael H. Ross and Robert Andrew Ross; 9 great grandchildren and 3 nieces. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Hughes Ross, Jr. Funeral services will be 1:30pm Friday March 26th at the A F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 9:30am until time for the service.
