Ruth Staples

Irene Staples 72 of Glasgow, KY died Monday 2-7-05 at her residence. Born in Barren County, Ky she was the daughter of the late Walter & Mary Mansfield Pedigo. Mrs. Staples was a Homemaker and a longtime member of the Brotherhood Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband Milburn Staples of Glasgow; 3 sons Randy Gray and wife Cheryl, Mitchell Staples and wife Pam and Tim Staples and wife Mahlian all of Glasgow; 2 sisters Thelma Sartin and Anna Barnett both of Glasgow; 6 grandchildren Charity Richardson, Candy Brown, Eddie Staples, Anita Estes, Melissa Scott and Michelle Gray all of Glasgow, 2 sisters in law Lou Pedigo & Geneva Pedigo both of Glasgow, several great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews also survive. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 2 brothers Robert and Doc. Pedigo and 2 sisters Wilma Thompson & Nell Oats. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, 2-9-05 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00pm Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
