Sandra Sue Bailey 67 of Glasgow, KY died Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Metcalfe County the daughter of the late Charles and Mildred Free Simmons. Sandy was a Beautician and an inspector for the State Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologists. She was a member of Old Zion United Methodist Church, the Barren County Homemakers, the Young at Heart group and the Samsonites. She was also a member of the Barren County Democratic Women
