Selma Mayfield

Selma Mayfield, age 95, of Glasgow, passed away, Friday, August 30, at the Shanti Niketan Hospice House. She was born in Glasgow, on August 1, 1929, to the late Millard Pace and the late Luezeal (Gass) Pace. She retired from banking where she worked as a loan officer. Recently, she loved volunteering at the Cultural Center in Glasgow. She was married to the late Robert Mayfield. Selma was a member of the South Green Street Church of Christ.

She is survived by her sister, Margaret Garmon; niece, LuAnn Smith (Michael); nephew, Carroll Martin (Barb); cousin, Frankie and Vickie Pace; two great nieces and one great nephew also survive.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 4th, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Wednesday morning until time for the service.
