Shelby Gour

Shelby Jean Gour, 70 of Lucas, died Saturday, July 7, 2012 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Barren County, February 11, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Jewell and Evelyn Morrison Davidson of Lucas. Mrs. Gour was a member of Peters Creek Baptist Church. She was a very active member of the Scottsville Chapter 60, Order of the Eastern Star and it was a very significant part of her life. She held the Past Matron title and was currently the Warder. She was also an active member of T. J. Samson Ladies Auxiliary where she had served as president and vice-president and currently remained as a Caller. Survivors include her husband Robert
