Sonya Gail Berryman

Sonya Gail Berryman, age 51, of Summer Shade, Kentucky passed away, Sunday, January 21, 2024, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Sonya is survived by her loving husband, Shannon Berryman. She was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on October 5, 1972, to Winford Poynter and Jenny (Glass) Elmore.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by two daughters, Brianna Miller (Charlie) and Paige Fields (Gavin); brother, Kelly Poynter; sister, Letha Bray; her grandchildren, Emryn Gentry, Baelyn Miller, and Cooper Fields. To know Sonya is to know that her family brought her the greatest joy in her life.
The funeral service for Sonya will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 25th at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Union #2 Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday and on Thursday morning until time for the service at the funeral home.
