Sylvia Edwards

Sylvia C. Edwards 88 of Glasgow died Saturday April 5, 2008 at the Barren County Healthcare Center in Glasgow. Born in Metcalfe County the daughter of the late Berton Edwards and Florence Coffey Edwards. Mrs. Edwards was a retired School Teacher for the Metcalfe County and Glasgow School systems. She was a graduate of Western Kentucky University and a member of the South Green St. Church of Christ. Survivors include her caretaker Jr. Anderson(Brenda) and several Cousins. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother Lenvel Edwards. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday April 7, 2008 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
