Terry Douglas Lutterman, a beloved figure known for his infectious humor and unwavering support, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, at the TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky. Born on April 19, 1963, in Glasgow, Terry dedicated many years of his life to the construction industry, where he honed his skills as a painter. His meticulous work not only beautified spaces but also reflected his commitment to excellence.
Terry's personality was a beacon of light to those who knew him. He had a remarkable ability to make others smile, always striving to bring joy and happiness to everyone around him. His generous spirit shone through in his willingness to lend a helping hand, ensuring that those he cared for felt supported and loved. Family was paramount to Terry, and he cherished every moment spent with his friends and loved ones.
He leaves behind his devoted mother, Jimmy Joyce Lutterman; daughter, Wendy Banks; and son, Jessie Lutterman. Terry was a proud grandfather to Timmy Linsey, Kenly Lutterman, Skylar Lutterman, Sianna Donmyer, and Ethan Donmyer. He also leaves behind his brothers, Wallace, Gary (Patty), Steve, Dexter (Amanda), and Randy Lutterman, along with several beloved nieces and nephews.
Terry is preceded in death by his father, Wendell Lutterman. His legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will forever remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to be a part of his life. Terry Douglas Lutterman will be dearly missed, remembered for his humor, his generosity, and the profound impact he had on the lives of those around him.
The family has honored Terry's wishes with cremation under the direction of A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
