Travis Watson, Jr.

Travis Reynolds Watson, Jr. 82 of Glasgow died Friday, October 31, 2014 at his residence. Born in Barren Co. he was the son of the late Travis, Sr. and Maymia Acton Rich Watson. Mr. Watson was of the Christian faith and a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U. S. Army. He was a salesman for Ford Furniture in Glasgow for 38 years and loved all kind of sports but most of all he loved his family. Survivors include his wife of 60years Ruby Jewell Button Watson of Glasgow; a daughter Rita Higdon & husband Steve of Scottsville, KY; a son Barry Watson & wife Teresa of Glasgow; 3 grandchildren Brian Watson & wife Jen, Jeremy Akers and Kasey Watson & fianc
