William Hill

Darrell Hill 49 of Glasgow died Sunday, January 24, 2016 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital after a sudden illness. Born in Glasgow he was the son of the late Beatrice Vaughn and William Alfred Hill. Darrell was a graduate of Glasgow High School and an employee of T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Carol Smith Hill; a daughter Candace Erin Hill at home; two sisters Teresa Lackey and husband David and Callie Jackson and husband Joe; three brothers Bill Hill and wife Jessica, Robert Hill and Jordan Hill; and his step-mother Brenda Hill all of Glasgow, and a sister-in-law Shirley Smith of Wisconsin. Several nieces, nephews and great nephews, aunts and uncles also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Aaron and Clarine Smith. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 27th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00 Tuesday.
